The emphasis of this two day workshop will be on how the core skills change and adapt with this beautiful yet unforgiving season. Learn to pack light, be warm, stay safe, and enjoy the outdoors in wintertime. Safe use and importance of the ax during wintertime will be covered in depth along with Fire, First Aid, Navigation, Knife techniques, Traps, Snares, making Snowshoes and Frame Saws, etc.

for your comfort during your stay. We also bring some new gear to
workshops for
sale, but if there is something specific you are interested in, please
let us
know so we are sure to bring it to the site. Registration cost includes
all teaching materials, BCNW t-shirt, Mora knife, and other bushcraft
items.
